If your item/s do not fit or you simply changed your mind, you may return or exchange item/s within 14 days of receiving the item/s.  The item/s MUST be unworn, unwashed and in the original condition, with all original tags attached (if applicable) and we will offer you an exchange or refund if item/s are purchased at full retail price.  There will be no return or exchanges on sale items or wholesale orders, unless faulty.

If 14 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange, no exceptions. 

Due to hygiene reasons, all bottoms MUST be tried on with undies, any marked bottoms will be refused for return or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

1. Unworn, unused and unwashed (no distinct odours, blemishes, signs of wear; not damaged by the transfer of make-up or deodorant)
2. In its original packaging with tags attached (if applicable)

Any items not meeting these criteria will NOT be refunded or exchanged.

Shipping charges:

The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. The shipping charges to return the product to Lucky Layne plus the shipping charges for the new product to be sent out.

Faulty Items

If you received a faulty item, please contact us at hello@luckylayne.com.

Please send a picture of the fault with description, your order number and name.  You may be eligible to receive a refund or exchange for your item if it is:

1. Faulty by the manufacturer
2. Unworn, unused and unwashed (no distinct odours, blemishes, signs of wear; not damaged by the transfer of make-up or deodorant)
3. In its original packaging with tags attached (if applicable)
4. Returned within 14 days of receiving the item

How do I make a Return / Exchange?

If you wish to return an item/s please contact us at hello@luckylayne.com with the following information form filled out.

NOTE: A return form MUST be filled out and attached in the returned package in order to process your refund or exchange. Click here to download the form.

Once your return is received and inspected we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.

Please return the items within 1 week of contacting us, otherwise return can be refused.

Returns take up to 1-5 working days to be processed from date of receipt with Lucky Layne.

If you wish to make an exchange and the item is out of stock, we can offer a different colour or a refund.
